چکیده
Abstract Social relationships are highly salient for problem gambling. This study investigated the effect of others' presence or cooperation with others on risky gambling behavior among healthy undergraduate students. Based findings that individual differences moderate social facilitation and team performance, we also focused personality traits. A total 36 participants completed Game Dice Task (GDT) in three conditions, within a crossover design: sole condition (each participant conducted GDT individually), parallel another participant), (participants at same time were told to consult each other). Before experiment, all NEO Five Factor Inventory. The results showed no significant sole, parallel, conditions terms behavior. However, safer was significantly positively correlated conscientiousness. These suggest new harm‐reduction strategy focusing while could be developed.

However, once affective cues were introduced, participants’ reactions to these cues ...

We explore the minimal conditions for sustainable cooperation on a spatially distributed population of memoryless, unconditional strategies (cooperators and defectors) in presence of unbiased, non-contingent mobility in the context of the Prisoner's Dilemma game. We find that cooperative behavior is not only possible but may even be enhanced by such an "always-move" rule, when compared with the...
